Sliding Fee Discount Program
Outside of the Box Therapy serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. We will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. We will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, creed, disability or national origin. The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule (SFS) to determine eligibility. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. Please contact our office for further information about this program.
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment for services.
Is counseling confidential?
Confidentiality is the foundation for effective counseling and therapy. Developing trust and confidence in those who listen and help is paramount to a successful therapeutic experience. We value your trust and take care to maintain your privacy.
How do I get the right counselor for me?
You have the right to choose the counselor with whom you’d like to work. We desire for the counseling experience to be a good fit for you, so if you prefer to switch to another therapist in our practice, we’d be happy to discuss it with you.
